Programs

The Amazing Magi offers any number of ministries and programs to fit the needs of your Church that utilize his skills as a story-teller, illusionist, and sleight-of-hand artist combined with his love and passion for Jesus Christ. He can offer entertainment for your social needs such as dinners, Sr. Groups, etc. In addition he has programs suitable for youth, for Christian Education, for Church Schools and Pre-Schools, as well as true outreach and evangelism ministry programs and a limited number of Sunday morning programs. Below are just some of the possibilities.

Sunday Morning Programs

Most Sunday mornings Rev. Reist (The Amazing Magi) is serving the Lord in his capacity as pastor at his church. However, his congregation has made available a limited number of Sundays in which he can go out and present a Sunday morning program for others. These are very limited in number but Sunday afternoons and other days of the week are certainly available as well. Here are just a few options for a Sunday morning. Normally Pastor Reist would like to incorporate at least two of the options for a Sunday morning program:

Present a Sunday Church School program for the Youth.
Lead an Adult Study on the relationship of Magic and Christianity through the Ages (this is the subject of his upcoming doctoral dissertation)
Preach at your church service
Do a full program either prior to or after worship
Have a program incorporated into a special worship or activity such as a Church Picnic, Dinner, etc.

Church Schools/Preschools & Daycares

As a former Social Studies Teacher the Magi can offer the same type of Educational Programs to Church Schools and Daycares that he offers to other public schools (please check out the offerings on the Program Page). The Magi can also offer programs that incorporate the lessons of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ depending upon what type of program you would desire. And, whatever you choose, you can be sure that the program will also offer lots of entertainment and fun. In addition the Magi is able to custom design a show to meet your needs and is willing to meet with your teachers, your support staff, or others to do so.

VBS and Church Daycamps

Help make your next Vacation Bible School or Church Day Camp be extra special. The Magi can tailor a program that will help emphasize your VBS/Day Camp and make this something the children and adults will always remember.

Sr. Groups and Other Organizations that Meet at Your Church

From Scouts to Fund Raising Events, from Sr. Groups, Volunteer Recognition, Lion's Clubs, etc. the Magi offers a prgram for your group. The program can be pure entertainment or it can also incorporate a Christian Message depending upon your needs and desires.

Youth Groups

From your youngest children to your teens and young adults, the Magi can offer programs/ministries that range from mostly pure entertainment to true Christian Education, Social Outreach and/or Evangelism depending upon your needs.

Dinners and Other Social Occasions

Is your church holding a dinner or other special occasion? Would you like something different? The Magi can offer a program that is both highly entertaining and will incorporate the message of Jesus Christ if desired. The show can also be "themed" to match your special occasion .

Outreach/Evangelism

In addition to the above mentioned programs/ministries, The Amazing Magi offers a ministry that will incorporate his unique blend of story-telling, Illusions and sleight-of-hand combined with Scripture and witnessing to offer a unique and inspiring outreach in proclaiming the Gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. What makes this ministry different from the others above is that while still entertaining, the focus is particularly on proclaiming the Gospel and God's Holy Scripture and inviting those who may not know of Christ's amazing love to come and experience the love of Christ, to invite the Holy Spirit to be part of their lives .

The Magi is availabe for Crusades for Christ, special evangelism outreaches, camps, evening revivals, etc. He believes that the Holy Spirit works in many ways, and that he is truly blessed to be able to offer this ministry.
